Current complaint
a first conversation between Doctor and patient.
Events leading to the current complaint. This involves a conversation aimed at gaining as much information as possible about the circumstances of the patient's complaint. What has brought the patient to you? What specific symptoms is the patient suffering from? Is he/she in pain? You also want to know when the complaint started, its evolution, its intensity etc.
