Student:	Sveiki, atvykau apžiūrėti buto pagal skelbimą vakarykščiame laikraštyje.	Hello. I have come to see the flat that is for rent.
Landlord:	Sveiki, užeikite. Parodysiu Jums butą. Čia yra gyvenamasis kambarys, dušas, tualetas ir virtuvėlė. Kambaryje yra darbo, ir poilsio zonos. Yra interneto ryšis ir palydovinė TV. Virtuvėje yra viryklė, mikrobangų krosnelė, šaldytuvas ir skalbimo mašina.	Hello, come in. I will show you the flat. There is a living room, a shower, a toilet and a small kitchen. The area of the room is designed for work and free time. The flat has an Internet connection and a satellite TV. This is the kitchen that has a cooker, a microwave, a fridge and a washing-machine.
Student:	Man patinka šis butas. Aš jau apžiūrėjau keletą vietų, ši man geriausia.	I like this flat. I have looked over several places and this is the best for me.
Landlord:	Gal galėtumėt palikti užstatą, nes yra ir daugiau norinčių išsinuomoti.	Could you leave a deposit; there are other people who want to rent this flat.
Student:	Gerai. Aš norėčiau įsikelti kuo greičiau.	OK. I would like to move in as quickly as possible.
Landlord:	Gerai. Galite įsikelti rytoj bet kuriuo metu, tik prieš tai paskambinsite man į mobilų tel.	OK. You can move in tomorrow any time you want. But you have to call me before.
Student:	Gerai. Ačiū. Iki pasimatymo rytoj.	Ok. Thanks. See you tomorrow.
