To rent. I'm coming to work in Spain for some months and I’d like to live in a flat. I'd like for it to be near my workplace on “Gran Vía”. I'd like something affordable, about 400 € a month. |

Cobramos el equivalente a un mes por la gestión realizada cuando encuentre un piso y firme el contrato del mismo. En todos nuestros pisos los gastos variables como son agua, luz, gas... van a parte. |
We charge the equivalent to one month's rent for our management services. You pay for that when a flat has been found and the contract signed. For all flats expenses with water, electricity, gas... are not included. |

¿Qué quiere decir cuando dice que un apartamento es exterior? |
What does 'exterior apartment' mean? |

Quiere decir que el apartamento es muy luminoso, y que las ventanas dan al exterior y no al patio de luces. |
That means that the flat has lots of natural sunlight and that the windows face the front of the building and not to the back. |

En cuanto al pago, tendría que venir por aquí o ¿cómo tendría que hacer? |
To pay the rent, would I have to come here or is it paid by other means? |

Si te interesara alguno de nuestros pisos, ya te enviaríamos una factura y tú puedes realizar el pago directamente a través del banco. Los pagos preferimos hacerlos a través del banco. |
If you rent an apartment from us, every month we’ll send you an invoice and you can pay it directly through the bank. We prefer if payments are made through the bank. |

Hoy no, lo siento, tenemos un horario de visitas de 13:00 a 17:00 y de 19:00 a 21:00, y por hoy están todos nuestros comerciales con los horarios completos. ¿Si puedes mañana a las 13:00? |
Our viewing times are from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., but for today all our sales representatives have their schedules full. Is it possible tomorrow at 1 p.m.? |
